Teen MOPS meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month from June through February from 5:30-7:30pm.

TEEN MOPS offers:

• Biblically based teaching by women past their teen years who can share insights on motherhood, child rearing, relationships, and other topics of interest to teen moms.
• Discussion groups in an open, caring atmosphere where moms are free to share their ideas and feelings with each other.
The opportunity to express creativity through crafts and life-skills. Leadership training and development.
• A chance to be with other teen moms who share similar circumstances.
• A place of encouragement, where motherhood is valued and women are special, no matter what their status, education, or personal issues.

• The opportunity to build friendships with MOPS Mentors.

• The safe and positive environment of MOPPETS for children to receive Christian love and teaching.

Teen MOPS is a support group for teenage mothers and pregnant teenagers.

 

 

What Happens at a Teen MOPS meeting?

Teen MOPS is led by moms past their teen years who can share their love and experience with young moms.

Teen MOPS offers biblically based teaching but it is not a bible study.

This is a group where you can meet other young moms, have some fun, and get some great advice from older moms!

All meetings encourage young mothers to share their joys, fears, and frustrations while knowing that their children are well taken care of in the MOPPETTS program. We provide a meal for the older children, and our child care is free of charge!!
